Webmade the above Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. 2. The general effect of this Order is to facilitate the holding of street parties on various borough roads to allow residents to celebrate special events within their communities 3. The streets which will be closed are listed in Schedule to this notice.
