Weband action items listed in the SOP were gathered from two PSPS exercises conducted by EPA in Santa Rosa and Vacaville. Participants included small to large water utilities who had experienced PSPS events, as well as representatives from both Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and Southern California Edison (SCE) electric utilities.
