Human capital factors
Webterm human capital was used in explaining the high economic growth that occurred in many countries after World War II. It was noted that tangible investments were unable to produce the large increase that was observed. The factor that allowed the appearance of economic growth was described as investments in human capital (LIPKA 2010, p. 23–24).
