WebFiend Folio has a huge team in comparison so a ridiculous amount of content. It feels a little impossible to learn the patterns of 500+ enemies. Another downside I have with Fiend folio is how it handles difficulty, antibirth wasn't that much harder or different than regular isaac. My problem is that enemies simply feel too tanky.
